This Refund Policy applies to Creometrix, a software-as-a-service product operated by DOO Element-X Tivat ("we", "us", or "our"), available at https://app.creometrix.cc.
Refund requests are submitted to the Provider at support@creometrix.cc. Approved refunds are paid out by R.camp SIA, as payment agent, to the original payment method within [10] business days. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original charge; exchange-rate differences and bank fees are not compensated.
At Creometrix, we want customers to feel confident when trying our software.
If you are unhappy with your initial purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are available only for the initial purchase of a subscription or plan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
To be eligible, your request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@creometrix.cc within 7 days of your purchase and include:
- the email address used for the purchase
- your order details
- a short description of the issue
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, fraudulent activity, chargeback misuse, or where access was obtained or used in violation of our Terms of Service.
After the 7-day refund window has expired, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Subscription Cancellations
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals only.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid, except where a refund request is made within the 7-day refund window or where required by law.
5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
