Who we are
CreometriX is operated by R.camp SIA. This page explains how to delete the personal data we hold about you, including any data we receive from Meta Platforms when you connect your Facebook or Meta advertising account. Questions: support@creometrix.cc.
What data this covers
Account data (email, settings, subscription records); workspace content (projects, folders, prompts, brand assets, generated creatives); and Meta Platform Data — your Meta access token, the list of ad accounts, Pages and pixels you have access to, and campaign, ad set, ad and performance data for the accounts you select. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Deleting your account and all your data
You can do this yourself, at any time, without contacting us: sign in at app.creometrix.cc → Profile → Delete account → confirm by typing your own account email. Before you confirm, we show how many records will be removed.
You have 30 days to change your mind
The request is scheduled, not executed immediately. For 30 days your account keeps working exactly as before, and your profile shows how many days remain together with a Cancel deletion button. After 30 days the deletion is carried out automatically and cannot be reversed.
Deleting only the Meta data
Profile → Meta section → Disconnect. This revokes our access in Facebook and deletes the token and the selected ad account and Page; your account and workspace stay untouched. You can also revoke from Meta's side: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → CreometriX → Remove.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@creometrix.cc, subject "Data deletion request", stating your account email and whether you want everything deleted or only the Meta data. We reply to the registered address, confirm within 3 business days and complete within 30 days.
What we keep
Invoices and payment records, as required by tax and accounting law. Referral records where you were the invited user — they belong to the person who invited you.
What we cannot delete
Campaigns already uploaded to Meta Ads Manager remain in your Meta account and are managed by you there.
